The association is guided by transparency, consistency and community pride: clear expectations, timely updates, and shared spaces that are looked after.
How it is run
Day to day operations run through a property manager working with the board. The manager is Paul Sorrentino, and the office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday through friday.
What is not on this page
Four things the association has never published, and which this site will not invent: year completed, number of floors, number of homes, whether the dune path is the association's own. Ask the office and they will go here.
The way in
Over the dune,and onto the sand.
A path runs from Briny Avenue across the dune to the beach. Whether it is the association's own is one of the things still to confirm.
